This bread stimulates the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, it facilitates the expulsion of carcinogenic and toxic substances from the body, and the excess cholesterol, and it is recommended for the prevention of diabetes, arteriosclerosis and cellulite.
This bread is made from germinated wheat grain, with minimal addition of yeast and salt, without additives, preservatives and similar substances.

- 300 g of wheat
- 100 g of barley flakes
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 yeast + 50 ml of water
The process of making this unusual bread is a bit long, but it is not a hard one. First you need to start by pouring water over the wheat. The wheat should stay in the water for three days, until it begins to germinate. You should change the water periodically to prevent spoilage of the grain.
After three days, you need to strain the wheat and mix it in a blender. You’ll get a mass similar to a dough. In this mass add the barley flakes. Before adding this snowflakes you should first pour warm water over them to soften them.
Then you should add the sunflower seeds, the linseed and the sesame seeds, which were previously gently fried in a dry frying pan.
In 50 ml of water, mix half a package of yeast (you can the whole package of yeast if you want) with a spoon of sugar. When the yeast grows a little, add it to the mixture and knead the bread with your hands. It is not necessary to add water because the wheat itself is sufficiently moist.
Add a teaspoon of salt, unite the mixture nicely and let it stay for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven up to 220 degrees. Before baking, add a couple of ice cubes in the oven to create a steam, which allows the bread to grow a little more. Bake the bread for about 45-50 minutes.
