 ACV improves blood sugar levels : In combination with complex carbohydrates, vinegar has strong anti-glycemic properties, so it stabilizes blood sugar. In fact, the vinegar can lower postprandial glycemia (plasma glucose concentrations after eating) by 20% more than the placebo.

ACV impacts insulin receptors : The insulin influences the digestion of dietary fat and the way the fat is stored in the body. If the levels of the insulin are higher,  the lipases (the enzymes that break down the fat) are highly active. On the other side, if the levels are low, the lipases are inactive.
