Wake up times and their meaning :
9 pm To 11 pm : Most people go to bed in this period, between 9 pm and 11 pm. It is important to know that this is the exact time when the enzymes are refilling and the endocrine system restores its balance. The endocrine system controls the metabolism and the hormones. This means that if you experience troubles falling asleep at this specific time, you either are stuck with the events that happened throughout the day or you are preparing yourself for the following day. Poor nutrition or a heavy meal later in the day can be another cause of these blockages.
1am To 3am : In this time, our body performs a detoxification and renewal process. The toxins are released by our liver, thus making our blood clean and fresh. Waking up between 1 am and 3 am can mean negative formations such as frustration and anger. If you are not paying attention to these spiritual toxins, the liver is trying to send you a message !
3am To 5am : This is the time when the lungs are undergoing repair and flood the body with oxygen. You need to be warm enough in order to accelerate bodily function. And from a spiritual side, this can indicate that grief and sadness can be the cause of your lungs problems. It is recommended to try some breathing techniques. Ascension or a process of raising your vibrational levels can be another reason for regular waking up during this period. The other causes include changes in appetite, long periods of feeling cold, lucid dreaming, and sensitivity to unusual sounds.
5am To 7am : During this time, the large intestine is highly active. It breaks down toxins and clears them out of the body. Poor diet or eating too late can be the cause of waking up at this time.
