You can also add 1/8 teaspoon of Ashwagandha or Shatavari in this combination, when cooked, turn off the flame and add some raw honey. Drink this type of milk every night for three months and in that way, you will build up ojas and improve your quality of sleep, you can use coconut almond or any other type instead of regular milk. The warmth of the milk will soothe your body while the milk peptides will provide many health benefits for your body.
